The recent FDA approval of tafasitamab-cxix (Monjuvi) in combination with lenalidomide (Revlimid) and rituximab (Rituxan) for relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma marks a significant advancement in the management of this often relapsing, yet indolent, B-cell malignancy.
