Case-Based Roundtables are collaborative, small-group meetings designed around case-based clinical profiles and peer-dialogue led by an expert physician. These sessions offer practicing oncologists and hematologists the perfect opportunity to sharpen their skills and expertise in treatment strategies. These discussions are held both virtually and in-person.

Evolving Paradigms Roundtables present clinical research data centered around rapidly evolving therapies. Medical oncologists and hematologists will have the opportunity to hear about new trial data from expert investigators. These discussions are held both virtually and in-person.

Community Case Forums are a special in-person only opportunity to connect with the local oncology community. Attendees will have the chance to network with peers and enjoy refreshments before participating in one of two parallel case-based discussions. Physicians may select the topic that best matches their expertise and interest.

To enhance the overall roundtable meeting experience, a limited number of qualified attendees will be accepted on to the pre-registration list. All registration requests are reviewed within 10 business days. Here’s how it works:

  • DISCUSSION TOPIC: Physicians must be practicing medical oncologists or hematologists treating patients for the specified tumor type. Physicians are ineligible to attend the same discussion topic within a 6-month time frame.
  • EVENT REGION: To be eligible to attend the discussions you must be located within the event region. Click here for the Roundtable Meeting event region map.

These discussions are held in partnership with Healthcare Research & Analytics® to gain market research insights into health care professional’s educational needs in their current practice setting.

HRA offers compensation for your consultative contributions during the event discussions, responses to polling questions and completion of a post-event survey.
