Clinical Pearls:

• Those in favor of post-therapy imaging would say patients may receive clinical benefit from surveillance imaging.
• There is no evidence that suggests that post-therapy imaging improves overall survival.
• Post-therapy imaging is also expensive and radiation exposure may harm the patient.
