Among those preferring continuous therapy in the first line, Ermann says real-world data analyses have shown better outcomes with zanubrutinib vs other BTK inhibitor (BTKi) therapies in this setting. Following frontline BTKi, Ermann again relies on patient preference between fixed-duration or continuous treatment in the second line.
